Dr Jasmine Somaiya

Languages: English, Gujarati and Hindi (conversational).
Dr Jasmine Somaiya is a caring GP with over 10 years of experience in general practice. She has a special interest in women’s health; including antenatal care, contraception, menopause, and sexual health, and is skilled in Mirena and Implanon procedures. Jasmine also holds a Diploma in Skin Cancer Medicine and provides skin checks and minor procedures. She is passionate about providing inclusive, patient-centred care to the Surry Hills community.

Dr Eric Chan

Dr Eric Chan is a local family GP and Managing Principal at Surry Hills Doctors. Raised in Sydney’s inner west, Eric is deeply committed to caring for the community he grew up in. He attended high school in Surry Hills and trained at RPA Hospital, holding postgraduate qualifications in family medicine, sports medicine, chronic care, men’s health, and sexual health.

Dr Jeffrey Sia

Dr Jeffrey Sia is a specialist General Practitioner with experience across a wide range of settings—from suburban Sydney and Canberra to tropical Northern Territory and remote Indigenous communities in Central Australia. This diverse background has equipped him with broad expertise in all aspects of General Practice. Before specialising in General Practice, he trained as a Psychiatry Registrar in the hospital system.

Dr Kristina Bojan

Languages: English
Dr Kristina Bojan completed a postgraduate Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery at the University of Sydney. Prior to this she completed a Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Physiotherapy.
Kristina is passionate about providing individualised, evidence-based health care in a confidential and supportive environment. She is known to be an approachable, friendly and empathetic practitioner who simply enjoys helping others.

Dr Annie Zhou
GENERAL PRACTITIONER
B.Med, FRACGP., SCHP., S100 Prescriber
Languages: English and Mandarin
Dr Xinrui (Annie) Zhou is a General Practitioner who completed her medical degree at the University of Newcastle and undertook her hospital training at John Hunter Hospital.
She has a particular interest in Paediatrics, having completed the Sydney Child Health Program through the Sydney Children’s Hospital Network. She further developed her paediatric experience as a Senior Resident Medical Officer at the Children’s Hospital at Westmead.
Dr Zhou also has strong experience in Women’s Health, having worked as a Senior Resident Medical Officer in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Blacktown Hospital. She manages a range of women’s health issues, including family planning, pregnancy care, and gynaecological conditions, and is accredited to perform Implanon insertion and removal, and Mirena (IUD) removal.
Dr Zhou consults in both English and Mandarin.
All practitioners at Surry Hills Doctors are independent tenant practitioners. They are responsible for all their own medical and health care services provided at Surry Hills Doctors.
